I stayed here with my little boy and couldn’t rate this hotel any higher. Conveniently located with local links to Peterborough and the surrounding areas. The rooms were brilliantly clean. But what really makes this hotel is the staff - I couldn’t praise the staff any higher! Huge mentions go out to Tracey on Reception for her friendly welcome and to Natalie & her team who looked after us so well at breakfast. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Will definitely come back.
Love Premier Inn. Always a good sleep and good food. I can highly recommend staying here it’s a great location and the staff are amazing. Definitely add the all you can eat breakfast to start your day on the right note.
Lorry driver booked a room for a few nights work related, and I must say hand on heart , this is the best hotel service, that I have ever received , the ladies are polite , very helpful , the food is top top quality , first time I asked for my eggs well done and it was done , rooms are very very clean and warm , I want to say thank u very much to ladies hard at work , I am truly great to u ,miss Tracey,Kirstie.

Natalie (front of house) and Ella (chef) are an absolute credit to the business. They were the only two staff working in the restaurant but still managed to keep it going despite the large table of 9 and another of 6 in front of us. We were kept up to date with timescales and kept well watered! The food was absolutely wonderful, with ella being a one woman marvel juggling all those meals, while Natalie handled the needs of a wide mix of patrons! All credit, give them a raise. Heartily recommend the ravioli and the banoffee cheesecake. The hotel was comfy and again staffed by some very decent people.
Comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. Had a heating issue, but it was quickly resolved as staff provided a portable heater, which was appreciated. Good value for money and a reliable place to stay.
Wow mine and everyone’s night was going south very quickly due to the front of house gentleman being inadequate, but Tracey came to the rescue with no fault what so ever. She was super professional and calm when calm was needed. Thank you Tracey you absolutely owed that restaurant
It's me again. I like to leave a review when I stay as the staff are never given enough credit. They are warm friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Hot chocolate and biscuits on arrival. Hotel is having a renovation so when it's finished it will be amazing. Well done staff for your hard work and coping. Hotel not really affected but pub very very quiet
